Exceptional service! Despite a nationwide winter storm, this florist went above and beyond to ensure my aunt received her birthday flowers as promised. When I called to confirm delivery, the owner personally contacted the driver and called me back once they were delivered. My aunt loved them. Truly outstanding customer care

I am not sure - was this delivered on time???? I specified funeral was at 10:00 am and received notification at 11:46 it was delivered. If you couldn’t deliver on time, a simple phone call wether to proceed with the order would have been a VERY simple solution.

He had a large load and another one that was delivered with it.

While this was sent as a gift and I did not see I’m sure it was lovely as always. I want to commend and thank the delivery person who went out of his way to insure the gift was put into safe hands (recipient was not home) and who both called and texted me with the information of the neighbor he left it with!
